Privacy Policy & Disclaimer
1. Your floor plans and layouts
Floor plans (PDF and images) you load, the fixtures you place and the scale you set are processed only inside your browser. They are never sent to or stored on our servers.
- Auto-save: your work is saved in your browser's storage (localStorage) on your own device.
- Deleting it: clearing your browser's site data also deletes the auto-saved work. Use “Save (JSON)” to keep a copy as a file.
- Exports and sharing: JSON, PNG and PDF files are downloaded to your device. The Share button opens your device's own share menu; we do not see what you share or where.
- Shared computers: if you work with confidential plans on a shared device, clear the site data afterwards.
2. Analytics and cookies
To understand how the Service is used and improve it, we use Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies to collect pages viewed, referring sites, approximate region, and browser and device type. It does not collect your name, address, phone number or email, Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses, and the content of your plans is never collected. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or a Global Privacy Control signal, or your device is set to a European time zone (EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland), analytics is not loaded. We keep analytics data for no longer than 14 months.
Information collected by Google is handled under Google's Privacy Policy (see also how Google uses data from sites that use its services).

3. Third-party services
By the nature of the internet, these services receive your IP address and browser information when you use the Service.

Your floor plans and layouts are never sent to any of these services.
4. MiseFits Pro purchases
- Payment: Pro is sold through Link, LLC, Stripe's reseller, which acts as the merchant of record. Your payment is processed on Stripe's checkout under the Link privacy policy and Stripe privacy policy.
- What we keep: to confirm your purchase and issue your key, we receive your email address, billing country and checkout ID from Stripe and store them with your license key in Firebase (Cloud Functions / Cloud Firestore). We use them only to deliver the key, provide support, handle refunds and prevent misuse.
- Checking a key: when you enter a key in the app, the key and a random device ID created in your browser are sent to Firebase to check it and count devices (up to 5). Nothing about your plans is sent.
- Unlock status: saved in your browser (localStorage). If you clear site data, enter the same key again.
- Where it is stored: purchase records are stored on Google Cloud in the United States and accessed from Japan. Our service providers (Google, Stripe) process data for us under contractual data-protection terms.
- How long: we keep purchase and license records while your license is valid and for up to 7 years after purchase (for tax and accounting records), then delete them.
5. Your choices and rights
You can turn off analytics above at any time. To access, correct or delete the purchase information we hold (email, billing country, order IDs, license key), email studio@kokokikaku.com from the address you used at purchase so we can confirm it is you. We will respond within 30 days and in line with the privacy law that applies to you. Deleting purchase records may mean we can no longer restore a lost key.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local regulator, for example the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC), the New Zealand Office of the Privacy Commissioner, Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) or Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission.
The Service is intended for business and adult users and is not directed at children under 16.
6. Disclaimer
- Dimensions, areas, seat counts and aisle widths shown by the Service are estimates calculated from the scale you set. They are not survey or design values.
- The Service does not check compliance with building, fire, accessibility, health or any other regulations, which differ by country and city. Always confirm your design with a qualified local architect, certifier, contractor or authority.
- Fixture sizes are typical planning values. Check the specifications of the products you intend to buy.
- To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of the Service, including loss of auto-saved data. Save important work as a JSON file.
- We may change or discontinue the free features of the Service. If we ever discontinue MiseFits Pro, we will give license holders notice and refunds as described in the terms.
Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law in your country.
7. Copyright, contact and changes
The Service and its content belong to Koko Kikaku. Plans you load and layouts you create belong to you or their rightful owners; do not load plans you have no right to use.
