- Seller of record
- Orders are sold through Link, LLC, Stripe's reseller and the merchant of record, which handles payment, receipts and sales tax (GST/VAT). Your receipt comes from Link, and the charge on your card statement starts with
LINK.COM*. - Delivery
- Your license key is shown right after checkout and emailed to the address you used.
- Devices
- One key unlocks Pro in up to 5 browsers/devices.
- Refunds
- Full refund on request within 14 days of purchase — see below.
- Where you can buy
- Pro is currently offered to customers in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and other countries where our reseller handles local sales tax. It is not yet offered in the European Union/EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or the United Arab Emirates; orders from those countries are refunded in full. The free version works everywhere.

- A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox and an internet connection. Try the free version first to check that it works on your device.
1. Using MiseFits
The free features of MiseFits may be used for personal and commercial projects without an account. You are responsible for having the right to use any floor plan you load. Please do not attempt to disrupt the Service or its license checks.
2. MiseFits Pro license
- A Pro license is a personal, non-transferable right to use the Pro features for as long as we operate the Service. It is not a subscription and never renews.
- You may use one key on up to 5 devices (counted per browser). If you replace devices and hit the limit, contact us and we will reset it.
- Do not publish or share your key with people outside your business or household. If we find a key shared publicly, we will contact you first and give you 14 days to respond before disabling it.
- We may add, change or improve Pro features over time. We will not remove the core Pro features listed on the pricing section from existing license holders. If we ever discontinue Pro, we will give at least 90 days' notice by email and refund licenses bought in the previous 12 months.
3. Refunds
If MiseFits Pro isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full — no reason needed. Email studio@kokokikaku.com from (or mentioning) the email address you used at checkout. You can also request help from Link support, which appears on your receipt.
Refunds are paid back to the original payment method. Once refunded, the license key can no longer be used to unlock new devices.
Duplicate charges and payment errors are refunded at any time. After 14 days, you may still be entitled to a refund or other remedy under consumer law if Pro has a major failure. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the consumer law of your country (for example, the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act).
4. Estimates, not professional advice
Dimensions, areas, seat counts and aisle colours in MiseFits are planning estimates based on the scale you set. They do not certify compliance with building, fire, accessibility, health or other regulations. Confirm your final layout with a qualified local professional before building, leasing or applying for permits.
5. Liability
Except for guarantees that cannot be excluded by law (such as those under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act), the Service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to MiseFits Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect loss or for loss of data saved in your browser. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version posted here applies from the date shown. Changes will not reduce the rights of existing Pro license holders, and we will email license holders about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection that applies in your country of residence.
